Unmuted

A free monthly writing and reflection circle for women

We all know writing and journaling can be powerful tools for self-understanding. What nobody talks about is how difficult it can be to keep showing up to the page alone.

Life gets busy. We don't know where to start. We tell ourselves we'll do it later.

That's why I created Unmuted.

A free, monthly writing and reflection gathering held on the first Saturday of each month. Together, we slow down, pay attention, and make space for the stories, questions, emotions, and experiences that otherwise get lost in the noise of everyday life.

All are welcome. No preparation or writing experience required. Just bring a blank page, something to write with, and a willingness to spend an hour paying attention to yourself.

Who is this for?

  • Women who want to develop a more intentional writing practice.
  • Women navigating change, transition, uncertainty, or reinvention.
  • Women who suspect there may be stories within their lives that deserve closer attention.

What you'll get:

  • Fifty minutes of dedicated writing time
  • A supportive space to reconnect with yourself
  • The quiet accountability of writing alongside other women
  • A simple monthly ritual you can return to again and again
  • Three optional seasonal writing prompts designed to spark insight and reflection
  • Optional sharing and conversation after each session
